The Villages at Cascade Head:  A 500 acre, 1800 unit residential development in Lincoln City, Oregon.  Initial Ground breaking June 2005 on construction of 4700lf of collector street surveyed and designed by Fred C. Ford PE, PLS.

Sherwod KeyBank:  Bank in Sherwood, Oregon

Chinook Winds / Lakeside Golf Course: Lincoln City, Oregon.  Completed mapping of entire 18-hole golf course with clubhouse and over 80 interior residential lots within 5 week time frame.  April 2005.

Madison Park Appartments:  Portland, Oregon.  Project consisted of mapping an entire 264-unit apartment complex consisting of 32 buildings (built in 1948) on 10.7 acres.  Project was completed within 3 weeks for closing date on sale of property.  December 2005.

Wilsonville, Oregon.  Joint venture with another Engineering firm for drafting, completed field work for entire 20 acre retail center within one month for $29 million sale.  December 2004.

Yamhill River Bridge: Concrete Enterprises – General Contractor, completed 2006.

Camelot Phase 2 (Sylvan Interchange):  A $24 million highway project including 2 bridges with Mowat Construction as the General Contractor.  Completed 2002.

ZigZag – Rhodenderon, Phase 2:  Total Construction cost of $3.5 million with Mowat Construction as the general contractor.  Completed in 2004.

Beaverton – Tigard Highway, Multnomah County Line Section:  $4.5 million highway project with Morse Bros. Inc. as the General contractor.  Completed 2004

Strassel Road, Highway 26: $500,000 project completed in 2004.  Eagle-Elsner was the general contractor on this project.

 Broadway Bridge Renovation:  Completed 2004.  Project to rebuild the aging Broadway bridge across the Willamette River.  Mowat Construction Company was the general contractor on this project.

I-205 Multi-Use Path:  Pedestrian / bicycle bridge over SE Powell Boulevard and associated approaches with Cascade Bridge as the General Contractor.  Completed 2004.

Columbia River – Willamette River Phase 1 Section, I-205:  $18 million update to 6 miles of Interstate 205 with J.W. Fowler as the General Contractor.  Completed 2004.
