Chinook Winds / Lakeside Golf Course: Lincoln City, Oregon.  Completed mapping of entire 18-hole golf course with clubhouse and over 80 interior residential lots within 5 week time frame.  April 2005.

The Ellington Appartments:  Portland, Oregon.  Project consisted of mapping an entire 264-unit apartment complex consisting of 32 buildings (built in 1948) on 10.7 acres.  Project was completed within 3 weeks for closing date on sale of property.  April 2008.

WilsonvilleTownCenter:

Wilsonville, Oregon.  Joint venture with another Engineering firm for drafting, completed field work for entire 20 acre retail center within one month for $29 million sale.  December 2004.
